Stainless steel :Austenitic, Ferritic and Martensitic steel including Fastener quality steels.

Delivery Conditions

Surface finish : Cold drawn and polished, peeled, smooth turned polished, ground and polished.

Heat Treatment : Annealed, hardened and tempered, normalised.

Dia Tolerance : ISO h8 , h9 , h10 , h11 / DIN 671, 668, 1013 / ASTM A 484, A 193.

Inspection : Two finishing and inspection lines for bars: Straightening and Non – destructive testing – Dimensional checks, Surface defect detection and internal soundness examination. (Ultrasonic examination as per ASTM – A388 available on request.)

Straightness : Standard: Maximum bend 1.5 mm/Meter. On request: Maximum bend 1 mm/Meter.

Quality of ends : Abrasive or saw cut as per requirements.

Colour coding : Upon request at the same end as marking.

Certification : All products are supplied with a ‘Mill Certificate’ Stating chemical & mechanical properties in compliance to EN10204.3.1.B., ASTM, ASME,AMS, MIL. QQS etc.
