Meltroll’s state of the art plant includes complete pickling and cold finishing facilities supported by world class machines like ‘Schumag Combined Drawing Machine', “CALOW peeling machine, ‘CHURCHILL , CINCINNATTI and JOTES’ for centreless grinding, WMW polishing machine and various drawbenches. These sophisticated machines ensure high quality and dimensional accuracy and are supported by technical team of well experienced and skilled operational staff.

One of the important aspects of our quality control is that our bars are inspected on line and assessed for their surface quality and tolerance. All bars comply to international specification and standards and can be supplied to h11 / h9 or ASTM 484 / DIN 671 size tolerances. Each size in provided with a ‘Mill Certificate’ certifying the chemical, mechanical properties and compliance to required specification. E.P.A requirements are also incorporated wherever required.
